Exchange Policy  
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.  
•⁠  ⁠Exchange is applicable only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage.  
•⁠  ⁠An unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request.  
•⁠  ⁠The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.  

Return Policy  
•⁠  ⁠We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or personal preferences.  
•⁠  ⁠Returns are only applicable if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, supported by a valid unboxing video.  

Refund Policy  
•⁠  ⁠Refunds are processed only if the product is confirmed to be defective and eligible for return.  
•⁠  ⁠Once your request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.  
•⁠  ⁠The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
